What you’ll do
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring our customers get the most out of our platform. While you don’t need to be a developer, familiarity with APIs, JSON, and related tools—as well as an eagerness to tackle technical challenges—are key.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our customers – Troubleshoot technical issues and answer questions to ensure a smooth experience with Startdeliver.
- Working with data – Assist customers with data integration using JSON and other relevant tools.
- Collaborating across teams – Work closely with Product and Customer Success to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Documenting and improving processes – Create resources and guides to help customers self-serve and streamline support operations.

What we’re looking for
To thrive in this role, you should have:
✔ Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn (experience with APIs is necessary).
✔ Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
✔ Great communication skills – You’ll be explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
✔ A proactive approach to improving processes and finding better ways to serve our customers.
