What you’ll do
As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll be at the intersection of technology and customer success. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customers integrate, optimize, and fully leverage our platform. You will work closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions that drive customer adoption and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Customers with technical questions– Guide customers through integrations, API configurations, and data.
- Solve complex customer challenges – Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend solutions, and help customers implement best practices.
- Drive product adoption – Work proactively with customers to ensure they use the platform efficiently and achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate across teams – Act as the bridge between Customer Success and Product/Engineering to ensure customer needs shape our product development.
- Enhance technical resources – Create documentation, FAQs, and guides to help customers self-serve and optimize their experience.
- Lead workshops & training – Educate customers and internal teams on best practices, integrations, and technical capabilities of the platform.
What we’re looking for
To be a great fit for this role, you have a background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Engineering and thrive on helping customers succeed. You understand SaaS products, integrations, and have a strong technical acumen while also excelling in building relationships and driving adoption.
- Experience working with customer portfolios and understanding their goals and challenges.
- Ability to proactively engage with customers, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
- A strong technical aptitude and the ability to work with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data integrations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A problem-solving mindset – You love breaking down complex challenges and finding solutions.
- A proactive approach – You take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and act on them.

- Experience in a SaaS, startup, or tech-driven environment.
- A background in customer success, technical support, or a solutions engineering role.
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and data analytics.
