This is a hands-on Founder Associate role at Jecta AI for someone into SaaS and AI, who wants to work directly with the CEO, get close to customers and revenue, and help build a product-driven tech company from the inside. High ownership, real execution, strong trajectory toward future leadership or C-level.

Jecta AI is building an intelligent, AI-powered operating agent that helps subscription and tech companies grow through their customers. Jecta AI is a Startdeliver company, backed by a proven team with deep experience in Customer Success and B2B SaaS.

We’re a high-ambition team with strong traction, customers in 10+ markets, and we’re entering a critical scale-up phase. We’re now looking for a Founder Associate to work directly with the CEO and help build the company across growth, customers, and operations.

This role is for someone who wants full exposure to how an early-stage product-driven tech company is built - deeply involved in the product, the data, and how customers experience value through software - not from the sidelines, but by doing the work alongside the founder.

What this role really is

The Founder Associate role is a generalist, high-trust, get-things-done role. It’s not about observing, coordinating, or preparing decks - you are expected to own work and push things forward.

Your focus will change over time depending on what matters most for the company. One month you might be deep in customer conversations or sales calls, the next you’ll be driving a growth initiative, fixing a broken process, or helping execute a key decision.

You will not be shielded from execution. You’ll be close to customers, revenue, and real decisions from day one - and you’ll be expected to act on them.

You have a big interest in modern SaaS and AI-powered products. You actively want to understand how systems work, how data flows through software, and how product behavior turns into customer value. You don’t need to write production code, but you think in systems and logic, quickly grasp technical concepts, and naturally gravitate toward tools, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows.

This role is intentionally broad, intentionally hands-on, and intentionally demanding.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the CEO on company priorities across growth, customers, and operations

• Join sales calls, customer meetings, and onboarding to understand how value is created

• Turn customer and market insight into concrete actions and improvements

• Support and sometimes lead cross-functional initiatives with Product and Engineering

• Help structure processes, tools, and ways of working as the company scales

• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
